The Hidden Meadows Community Foundation (HMCF) is an Escondido, CA-based, tax-exempt nonprofit established in 2001 to support the Hidden Meadows and Rim Rock community. It strengthens the local community by organizing events (like Easter Egg Hunts, Trunk or Treat, and the Turkey Trot), awarding educational scholarships, providing a "Neighbors Helping Neighbors" fund, and facilitating community, the foundation also works to support local causes.
