DownloadThe Foundation Neighbors Helping Neighbors fund was set up to assist community residents in the unfortunate and unexpected incident of personal catastrophe, injury or tragedy.
The funds will aid the individual or family in their time of need and act as a failsafe between the unexpected event and the time in which additional fund or support might be provided or available to the individual or family.
The Board will review all situations and make a quick but timely decision on a case-by-case basis and determine an appropriate amount of assistance, not exceeding $1000 per occasion. The Foundation will provide a one-time payment that will not be considered ongoing or recurring in nature.
The request for assistance should be submitted by another neighbor or community member that is nominating the individual or family for the assistance or help. The requests should not come directly from the person needing assistance.
Please send your request nominating a neighbor for this program to HMCF2023@gmail.com
