The Foundation Board meets monthly. These meetings are held in board member homes on a volunteer basis. As such, they are not regularly open to the non-board attendees, but if a neighborhood resident wishes to attend a meeting, they can make a request in advance to be a guest at an upcoming meeting. While guests may attend the meeting, they will not have the opportunity to add agenda items and can observe only. All neighborhood residents are welcome to submit items they want considered by the board in a future meeting through the HMCF2023@gmail.com email.

The main on-going beautification activity is regular maintenance of the Mountain Meadow center median from the community entrance to the four-way stop at Meadow Glen Way E. The median is property of the County, and the Foundation performs the maintenance using licensed, insured contractors working under an encroachment permit issued by the County. Additional projects have included removal and trimming of the Aleppo pines along Mountain Meadow and sponsored neighborhood clean-ups.
